In Ontario, a Licence of Occupation is a legal agreement that grants seasonal campers the right to use a specific campsite for a set period, typically the camping season. It is not a lease or ownership agreement but ensures both the campground and the camper understand their rights and responsibilities.

This agreement:

• Is filled out each year to renew your seasonal site.

• Formalizes your right to occupy the site during the camping season.

• Helps maintain clear expectations for site usage, rules, and responsibilities.

The Licence of Occupation ensures a smooth and enjoyable camping experience for everyone while keeping the process compliant with Ontario regulations.

Seasonal campers can enjoy a range of amenities, including:

• Two bathhouses with coin-operated showers

• Coin laundry facilities

• A spacious pavilion for family events

• A sandy beach

• Children play structures

• An open field for sports and recreational activities

• Two horseshoe pits (separate stations)

• Unlimited boat launch access

• A shared library featuring books, games, and DVD movies

Kanoe & Kayak Rentals

• Kayaks: $25/day, $15/half day

• Canoes: $25/day, $15/half day

• Pedal Boat: $25/day, $15/half day

• Weekly Special: Enjoy unlimited access to all canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats for just $100 + tax per week.

Firewood & Delivery

• $25 5ft tractor bucket
